LEGO® Competition 2024

Calling all LEGO® builders! North Haven is holding our first ever LEGO® Competition on Saturday, April 27! Pick a category and get building today.

Register ahead using the link below - each entry is $5, with a maximum of two entries allowed per builder.

Builders can drop off their creations between 10am-12 pm on Saturday morning.

All are welcome to check out the amazing creations during the public viewing time Saturday afternoon, between 1-3 PM.

We are excited to announce that registration has been extended to 8 pm, Friday April 26!

Age Groups
7 years old and under (open category; Duplo type bricks allowed)
8-10 years
11-14 years
15-17 years
18 and up / adult (open category)

Build Categories for Entries (8-17 year old age groups only)

- The Great Outdoors

Schedule for April 27:
10 AM - 12 PM Build drop-offs at North Haven hall
12 - 1 PM Judging (hall closed to public - sorry, no viewing at this time)
1 - 3 PM Public Viewing
3 - 4 PM Prize and entry pickup

Contest Rules:

1. Registration must be done in advance through our website, link above. A limited number of entries will be available due to space constraints

2. Entry registration and fees cut off will be 8pm on Wednesday, April 24 *please note the cut off date has been changed to 8pm on Friday, April 26

3. Entries are to be original designs only - no kits or builds based on instructions. Entries must be constructed at home and brought to the hall.

4.  For entries larger than 15” by 15” wide, please provide detail in the checkout form

5. Build categories are Technology and The Great Outdoors, however these categories are for age groups between 8-17 years and will not be required for under 7 years or over 18 years age groups

6. First, second and third place ribbons and a small trophy will be awarded to the winners of each category in each age group

7. 7 years and under category will have only three winners in total

8. Adult category winners (first, second and third place) will be decided by a public vote between 1-2:30 pm, with winners announced at 3 pm

9. Each entry costs $5, with a maximum of two entries per builder allowed

10. Judges’ decisions are final

11. LEGO®-like pieces are acceptable

12. All creations must be taken home on event day by 4 pm (no exceptions)
