The North Haven Community Association is pleased to offer a free flu shot clinic, courtesy of Thorncliffe Shoppers Drug Mart. This is open to all North Haven residents ages 5 and up.

Pharmacists will be available for vaccinations on November 15th from 9:00am - 11:30am.

Refreshments and colouring pages for the kids will be available.

Looking for other vaccines? The Shingles vaccine and other travel vaccinations, are available in-store from our friends at Thorncliffe Shoppers.

Note that the COVID vaccine is available for booking only through Alberta Health Services this year.

What to know and do before you come:

Sign up in advance for a time slot using the Signup Genius link above, as we may not be able to accommodate additional bookings on the day of the clinic.

Arrive at the hall at your booked time to avoid crowding waiting areas.

Print and fill out the form (linked below) prior to arriving, if at all possible. Paper copies will be available at the hall.
