Join us at the NHCA Hall on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 PM to 7 PM where Nora will coach you on how to stretch, strengthen and restore through Pilates, which can help you to enhance your cognitive well being. Nora is a certified personal Trainer and fitness instructor currently teaching a strength and conditioning class with the City of Calgary.
The class size will be around 8-10 to facilitate more one on one instruction so it will be first come first serve.
Please bring a yoga mat as we cannot provide equipment at the hall.
This class will run for the last 2 weeks of August.
